Refund and Cancellation Policy

We aim to provide the best design and marketing services to our clients. For your understanding, we have a clear refund and cancellation policy as outlined below:

1. Project Cancellation
   If a project has not been initiated, clients can cancel within 5 days of payment, and a full refund will be issued. If work has started or milestones have been achieved, the payment for the completed work is non-refundable.
2. Mutual Project Termination
   In case of mutual termination, the client will retain all design files provided. No further payment will be required, and no past payments will be refunded.
3. Refunds and Payments
   Refunds are not provided once the project enters the development phase. There are no partial refunds during project milestones.
4. Abandoned or Dormant Projects
   No refunds will be issued for projects that are abandoned or dormant for more than 30 days.
5. Completion Delays
   If there is a delay in the completion of the project due to the client’s failure to provide necessary information, Next Studio will not be held responsible for delays or refund requests.
6. Project Information
   The refund policy does not apply if the client fails to provide the necessary project details on time. If the provided information is incomplete or incorrect, Next Studio is not liable for delays or failure to meet the delivery commitment.
7. No Compensation for Delivery Delays
   There is no compensation for delays unless explicitly agreed upon with a penalty clause in the agreement.
8. Order Cancellation
   Next Studio reserves the right to cancel any order if:

• A fraudulent transaction is suspected.
• There is suspicion of illegal activity as per RBI policy.
• We are unable to obtain complete project details from the client.
